Please familiarize yourself with the City of Green Bay Overnight Parking Ordinance before completing this form.  NOTE: When choosing the date(s) you need to park on the street, please remember that you are receiving permission to park between 3-5 a.m.  If you need to park on the street Monday evening going into Tuesday, you would enter Tuesday's date for the permission (as your vehicle will be going against ordinance from 3-5 a.m. Tuesday).
