    I certify that I am a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years of age, and a resident of Brown County Wis. Stat. § 7.30(2)(a). I also certify that all of the answers to the questions in this application are true, and I agree that any misstatements or omissions of act will cause forfeiture on my part of rights to employment in the City services. (A copy of this Application shall be considered as valid as the original.)
