Any license that has not been in continuous use in a manner, indicating an ongoing business, for a period of 60 days or more shall be subject to revocation or nonrenewal. Green Bay Common Council may authorize a license extension.
This form is to be used for all new licensees to communicate any opening-day delays to the Clerk’s Office and provide a new anticipated opening date, or current liquor licensees who have closed down, but wishes to retain the liquor license to describe the circumstances for the request to continue the license.
All requests go before Committee and Council for approval/denial.
Once an extension is filed, the Clerk shall notify you to attend a Protection & Policy Committee Meeting. The Protection & Policy Committee makes a recommendation to grant/deny the request. Final action will be taken by Council.
