Breakthrough, a pioneer in the field of transportation energy and information management, will host a press conference on Oct. 15 at the Green Bay-based company’s office. Representatives from the City of Green Bay, Performa, Inc. and Commercial Horizons will join Breakthrough President and CEO Doug Mueller to share details regarding Breakthrough’s plan to build a new corporate headquarters.
