[ARCHIVED] Temporary 1-Way Traffic for North Webster Avenue during Sewer Repair

The Green Bay Public Works Department is announcing short duration temporary lane closures for sewer repair work on North Webster Avenue. The affected roadway segment is from Smith Street to Klaus Street. The repair begins today (Tuesday, September 18th) and is expected to finish tomorrow (Wednesday, September 19th).

Traffic Impacts:

Traffic will reduced to a single lane in the northbound direction only on North Webster Avenue. The southbound travel direction will be closed for the duration of the repair. Traffic is prohibited to cross N Webster Avenue at Smith Street and Eastman Avenue, and the alleyways between them. The southbound detour route is Klaus Street to N Quincy Street to University Avenue.

Access to residences and businesses will be maintained at all times. All lane restrictions and work operations are weather dependent and subject to change. Motorists should anticipate backups and use caution while driving through the work zone.
