The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region announces the Donald A. Tilleman (Mason Street/WIS 54) Bridge in downtown Green Bay is fully OPEN to vehicle, pedestrian and marine traffic. The bridge had been closed daily since Monday while bridge maintenance crews performed maintenance on the center lock system. The bridge had been scheduled for closures through Friday, however, crews finished the maintenance work ahead of schedule. They replaced one center lock and rehabilitated the remaining five center locks. The center lock system ensures the bridge stays in the down position when closed.
