Absentee Ballot update and In-Person Absentee Voting begins tomorrow

(Green Bay, WI)  The City of Green Bay has almost 52,000 registered voters, has received almost 1,000 absentee ballots and has processed almost 5900 absentee ballot requests.

Voters may visit www.myvote.wi.gov to track their ballot.  The United States Postal Service bar code helps identify when the ballots were mailed from our office and from the voter.  When ballots are received by the Clerk’s office, Clerk’s staff scans the bar code on the certificate, which is also communicated to myvote.wi.gov.

Voters should return their absentee ballots via mail by March 31, 2023, or may return them in-person to the Clerk’s office City Hall, 100 N. Jefferson St., Rm 106, in Green Bay, by Election Day, April 4, 2023 at 8 pm, sharp.

In-person absentee voting begins tomorrow at 8 am.  The hours and dates are below.  Voters may register in the clerk’s office and either vote in-person absentee or vote at the polls on Election Day.  All voters must show a photo ID.  Please visit our website, greenbaywi.gov/voters, to learn more about acceptable documents.
