This is just a friendly reminder that garbage and recycling carts cannot be placed on snowbanks for collection; it is very difficult for the sanitation trucks to grab the carts without damaging the trucks or the carts themselves.  They also cannot be placed in the street as this is a road hazard.  The road must be clear of any obstructions to ensure safe travel and plowing of streets.  Carts placed on snowbanks or in the street will not be collected.
