The City of Green Bay Clerk’s office worked diligently to mail out almost 6,000 absentee ballots by today’s state-mandated deadline. These are requests from voters in the military, living overseas, indefinitely confined and people with calendar-year or specific election requests on file, and submitted before September 22nd. All absentee-by-mail ballots are accompanied by instructions. These can be found on the City’s website, https://greenbaywi.gov/Voters.
Voters may request an absentee ballot up to November 3, 2022 or November 4, 2022, depending on the type of request. Requesting an absentee ballot is easy! Visit myvote.wi.gov, or print and complete an application, found at greenbaywi.gov/Voters. Voters have two other options, vote in-person absentee beginning on October 25, 2022 or vote on Election Day, November 8, 2022.
