City of Green Bay voters should return their absentee ballots today (Election Day) ONLY to City Hall, Room 106.  There were some reports that instructed voters otherwise.  

Election inspectors will give voters who bring their ballots the option to spoil their ballots and vote in-person, at the polling location.
