The Green Bay Public Arts Commission (GBPAC) is seeking applications for the Rotating Art Program (RAP). This is an opportunity for sculptures to sprout up throughout the community and remain on display for a year. Six concrete footings have been installed throughout the city to serve as platforms for temporarily installed sculptures. Installation of artwork is expected to take place sometime in June.
The call is open to all individuals and groups regardless of experience or background. The artwork installation must be the original work of the entrant. Artists may submit work they have already completed or submit concepts for work to be created for the call. Selected Artists will receive $1,500 for loaning their artwork and to facilitate the installation and deaccession of the work.
