Please be advised that garbage and recycling carts placed on top of snowbanks for collection will not be picked up. They should be placed in the driveway or in a shoveled area. The placement of garbage carts, garbage bags during overflow trash collection week only (December 27-31, 2021), or recycling carts on top of snowbanks presents a safety hazard for City employees.
