Amtrak Offers Bus Service Between Green Bay and Milwaukee Intermodal

(Green Bay, WI)  Amtrak, in coordination with Wisconsin Department of Transportation, will begin bus service along the I-41 corridor.  On Monday, July 1st, Amtrak will provide connections between Green Bay and Milwaukee.  This new service will address gaps in transportation resulting from the Greyhound service cancellation. The service will supplement existing Lamers’ daily round trip on I-41, and the Green Bay to Milwaukee route on I-43.

The Amtrak bus will make two daily round trips between Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh and Fond du Lac with two stops in Milwaukee, one at the intermodal station and the other at Mitchell Airport.  Tickets for all services are available on, the Amtrak app, or at 1-800-USA-RAIL. Buses will have at-seat plug-ins, Wi-Fi, reclining seats with seatbelts, extra legroom, tables, and cup holders.
