City of Green Bay Moves to Summer Hours

(Green Bay, WI)  On Tuesday, May 22nd, the Green Bay Common Council approved a summer schedule for city of Green Bay residents.  From May 27 (Memorial Day) to September 2 (Labor Day) City Hall will be open to the public from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays through Thursdays, and will close early on Fridays, at 11:30 am.

To help remind the public of the new summer schedule, we’ll post signs on city hall doors, change voice mail messages, and include the schedule on our website, www.greenbaywi.gov.  We encourage residents to use our website to request city services, obtain weather-related information, access city calendars, sign up for recreational activities, and more. 

During the city’s first summer schedule year, the Human Resources department will examine successes and areas of improvement, and then report back to the Council in the fall.
