Mayor Schmitt Celebrating 16 Years of Service

(Green Bay, WI) There are two special events coming up to celebrate Mayor Schmitt’s 16 years of service.

On Friday the 29th, the Mayor’s friends and business associates will host a private gathering at the Hotel Northland. There will be a downtown fireworks display at 8:30 pm.

Secondly, the Mayor invites members of the public to join him for an open house on April 1st from 3 pm to 6 pm on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 100 N. Jefferson St. He will serve cake and cookies, and give away many of the wonderful gifts he has received during his tenure. "This is a time for me to thank the people of Green Bay for giving me the opportunity to serve our terrific city," said Mayor Schmitt.
