Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics is a fun and high energy workout! Provide extra resistance to your cardiovascular workout with minimal impact. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, ages 14 and up. 

Tuesday evenings, April 7-May 5, 2020 at 7:15-8:00 p.m. at Southwest Pool.
