The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Green Bay (RDA) is seeking the professional services of a Consultant (which may be either a single entity or collaboration of firms) to prepare a Project Plan that shall include all architectural, structural, and civil engineering and design documents necessary for construction of a major redevelopment project known as The Shipyard, a signature public recreation and entertainment facility at 100 W. Mason Street along with related public improvements. The Shipyard is a combination of well-designed buildings and spaces and social interaction that will draw people, year round, to the waterfront for events and daily activities.
