Gift Cards

Gift cards can be used at a variety of facilities including Bay Beach Amusement Park, Green Bay pools, recreation programs, and the Wildlife Sanctuary. Any amount over $10 can be loaded onto a gift card. 

Purchase yours by visiting the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department (100 N Jefferson St, room 510) or by calling (920) 448-3365. Gift cards can be mailed. 

Bay Beach Amusement Park Tickets

Bay Beach ride tickets are available year-round in the City Hall Parks, Recreation & Forestry office (100 N Jefferson St, room 510) or at Bay Beach during operating hours. Tickets are 25¢ each and can be purchased in any quantity. Rides are 1-4 tickets and individual requirements can be found here.

In the event of a field trip or large gathering, a ticket pre-order of at least 400 tickets can be placed. Please call (920) 448-3365 to do so. Tickets may be picked up prior-to or on the day of the event at Bay Beach or the City Hall office.

Tickets cannot be mailed.

Discount Attraction Tickets

Tickets are available annually mid-May through the first Friday of September in the Parks, Recreation and Forestry office. Cash or credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover) can be accepted for payment, no checks. Tickets cannot be mailed and must be purchased in the City Hall office.

Milwaukee Zoo

The Milwaukee County Zoo is open year-round. Tickets expire December 31 of the year they were purchased.

2023 Prices:
Adult Ticket: $13.50 (Gate Price $17.75) 
Child age 3-12: $10.50 (Gate Price $14.75) 
Children 2 and under are free.
