• Former Cubmaster for Cub Scout Pack 4134 at Annie Jackson School
• Formed ‘Friends of Colburn Pool’ and fundraised $1,000,000 to rebuild the Olympic size pool
• Formed ‘Friends of Fisk Pool’ and raised $500,000 to rebuild a closed local pool into an aquatic park
• Member of Knights of Columbus
• Member of Saint Agnes Parish in Green Bay
• Received the ‘Neighborhood Housing Services of Green Bay ‘City Builder Award’ for 2006 for leadership and community service in organizing the restoration of Fisk Pool
• Referee SAY and WIAA Soccer
