Scattered Sites

Please know our Office hours have changed for the summer! Starting Memorial Day until Labor Day our business hours are Monday through Thursday 7:00AM to 4:30PM and Friday 7:30AM to 11:30AM.

The City of Green Bay Housing Authority (GBHA) owns and manages 50 single-family homes that consist of 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. These units range in styles from ranch, two-story, and upper and lower duplexes. The units are also “scattered” throughout the east and west side of Green Bay. All units have a garage or a shed for exterior storage and all units have an unfinished basement.

Please know that we do have an applications wait list for each bedroom size.  If you have any questions in regards to Scattered Sites, please contact the Residents Services Coordinator Ka Vang by phone at (920) 492-3792 or by at kava@greenbaywi.gov.

Please also know that we do not have any emergency housing available!  If you are in need of immediate housing assistance and we do not have anything available, then please see the Federally Assisted Family Housing info list below (in the "Related Documents").  This list consist of other low income based housing sites within Green Bay.  Each of these sites are privately owned and are not a part of the Green Bay Housing Authority.  Please call the phone numbers listed to inquire about availability/eligibility.
