Calls for Artists

The Arts Commission posts opportunities to apply for various public art projects on an ongoing basis. Sometimes, we simply don't have anything, but don't be discouraged. The best way to stay on top of new opportunities is to follow us on Facebook.

Current Open Calls

There are no current Calls for Artists at the moment.

How to Apply

All artists are selected for projects through a competitive, transparent process. The Public Arts Coordinator will screen all applications to make sure they meet the minimum qualifications.

  • Application is complete and submitted on time
  • The artwork submitted reflects basic professional quality and craftsmanship, mastery of skills and techniques, professional approaches to processes and presentation, and communication of a unique vision or perspective
  • The Green Bay Public Arts Commission will review the applications that meet the minimum qualifications and score them based on criteria not limited to: artistic excellence, appropriateness for public space, and professional experience
