Redevelopment

The City of Green Bay has completed Master Plan for the Legends District. This area, generally bounded by Lombardi Avenue, Ashland Avenue, and the Village of Ashwaubenon, was historically developed in industrial uses. With a shift towards entertainment and tourist-based uses, the City intends to use this Master Plan to help guide redevelopment opportunities as well as new development in this area.

The Master Plan was approved by City Council on February 7, 2017, and can be found here. 

At the end of this planning process, the City hopes to have a realistic, implementable plan that will reflect the current and future desires of our community. This area of the city offers a great opportunity for collaboration with the Village of Ashwaubenon and their neighboring businesses.
