Rider Safety Policy

Wisconsin State laws and ride manufacturers regulate attraction accessibility. Restrictions are based on height and size requirements as well as health guidelines. Please follow these rules to ensure a safe experience for you and others. Observe the rider requirements posted at each ride. Please observe the ride in operation to decide if the ride is suitable for you or your family.

Guests with recent surgery, heart problems, high blood pressure, neck or back problems, seizures, pregnancy, or have any other condition that may be aggravated by riding must use discretion in selecting which rides to ride.

Bay Beach encourages personal photography except while on rides. Due to the nature of all rides and the potential for injury caused by loose articles, unsecured cameras, cell phones, or any recording devices are not permitted on rides.

Periodically the City of Green Bay or Bay Beach Amusement Park staff will take pictures of customers at our events or on our rides.  These photos may appear in city brochures and publications, local newspapers and/or this website. If you or your family members do not wish to have your photo taken you must give us written notice.

Wheelchair Access to an Attraction

A guest in a wheelchair and up to three guests may enter attractions through the exit gate (obtain Exit Pass at the Ticket window). Please wait for the ride operator to indicate that it is safe to enter before proceeding. Immediate seating may not be available, but you will be accommodated as soon as possible.

Guests wearing properly restrained casts may ride the rides, provided that all ride safety requirements are met.

Artificial Limbs and Amputees

Guests who are amputees or those with artificial limbs may be unable to participate on some rides due to the inability to be properly restrained during the ride. Guests must securely lock or remove any prostheses before boarding to ensure the safety of all guests.
