Green Bay Metro is providing public transit services. However, service is currently reduced.
SERVICE UPDATE-Wednesday, February 17, 2021:
* Eliminated capacity limit on buses due to all the safety precautions Green Bay Metro has in place. Including mandatory masks, air purification system and increased cleaning.

* Limited Service Routes #71 and #75 will resume on March 1, 2021. Green Bay Area Public Schools will resume in-person learning.

* CDC issues order imposing mask requirement applicable to public transportation systems, rail and van, bus, and motorcoach service providers to mitigate the risk of COVID-19.

*Public Lobby will be open for pass purchases only
*All ACTIVATED passes with UNUSED days between March 16, 2020 and June 30, 2020 can be brought to the Customer Service window. Riders will receive a pass for any UNUSED days. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.
*Face coverings must be worn while in the public lobby
*No congregating in the public lobby will be allowed
*Inter-City bus tickets sales will resume
*Lobby Hours: 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Green Bay Metro will continue to follow CDC social distancing recommendations.
*Rider capacity will be increased to 10 riders
* Riders must maintain distance from other riders
* Riders MUST wear a face covering (mask, bandana, scarf, etc.) while on the bus
** If you do not have a face covering, one will be provided to you
* Riders will continue to enter and exit through the rear door
* Fares will remain suspended until further notice
** Notice will be provided before fares are implemented back

For lost and found you must call in advance - 920-448-3450.
As the risk of COVID-19 transmission persists, please remember to observe CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The CDC suggests:
** Wash your hands BEFORE and AFTER riding public transit.
** Stay at least 6 feet from others as much as possible.
** Wear a face covering when riding public transit.
** Limit contact with shared surfaces as much as possible.
Please do not ride Green Bay Metro if you have a fever, are sick, or may have been exposed to COVID-19.
GBM maintenance employees have implemented new cleaning protocols to help prevent the spread of the virus.
Your safety - and that of your fellow riders and drivers - is critically important so please take the proper precautions.
