A program funded by the Redevelopment Authority (RDA) of the City of Green Bay that promotes new home construction will unveil its first Showcase home this weekend in the Brown County Home Builders Association’s Spring Showcase of Homes. Integrity Home Builders utilized the program that focuses on incentivizing the development of infill lots owned by the RDA within established Green Bay neighborhoods. Since its inception in 2015, the New Home in Your Neighborhood program has seen two new home builds in the Navarino Neighborhood with another scheduled to start this spring.
The recent build is located at 327 S. Quincy Street and will be open for viewing during the Brown County Home Builders Spring Showcase of homes.
“The Brown County Home Builders Association’s Showcase of Homes always features some of the best of the best,” said Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt. “The downtown location of this featured home is a fantastic example of urban living in Green Bay.”
