As depicted in the map below, the City currently has 12 open tax increment finance (TIF) districts and three operational business improvement districts (BIDs). The professionally managed BIDs include Downtown Green Bay Inc, Olde Main Street, and On Broadway Inc. The BIDs organize dozens of functions throughout the year including the Broadway Farmers Market, the New Leaf winter market, Dine on the Deck, Fridays on the Fox and Gallery Night among many others. The BIDs are also involved in maintaining information about available real estate in their respective districts, in addition to various other business development/recruitment/retention activities.
