SUP 2

Power Yoga

Incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness journey.

Aqua Fitness

Each week will feature a fun and challenging workout in the water that will include cardio, strength and balance for all fitness levels.

Yoga On The Deck By Jenstar

Yoga on the Deck is recommended for anyone who wants to feel inspired, get connected with themselves and their community and wants to learn more about Yoga! This class is Vinyasa Flow style, but moves at a comfortable (slower) tempo highlighting basic postures. We cover breath connection, body alignment and relaxation to allow you to feel present, calm and strong in your body.

Tai Chi

Tai chi, often referred to as meditation in motion is a slow and continuous form of exercise designed to balance the mind, body and spirt. The practice of tai chi consists of a series of slow, graceful movements that are combined with deep breathing. Movements are without strain, and provide exercise and toning for every part of the body. Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can benefit from its practice.

Bootcamp (Monday)

Keep your body guessing - and challenge every muscle you have in this weekly boot camp class! With only a mat and yourself, this workout is designed to improve your overall fitness - cardio, strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance! Each week you will experience the burn from a variety of different exercises to help whip yourself into shape. Join the fun - and work hard! Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat.

Bootcamp (Wednesday)

Have some fun and stay in shape this summer! This 60 minute class is about improving your strength and stamina through a rugged, outdoor workout. Class consists of sports drills, running, circuits and interval training.

Bootcamp (Saturday)

Each week we will meet at a new park and make use of the surrounding space to get our heart rates up. This is absolutely for YOU and yes your family and friends too. Encouraging all individuals to join in as we move through our local parks. No matter your fitness level you'll be sure to enjoy your time. Embrace the "You verse" - You mentality - as we treat these parks like an obstacle course race.

Trail Fitness Walk

Connect with one another and nature during this brisk, invigorating, group walk. We will be getting those steps in, so you are welcome to bring your fitness trackers.

Cardio Sculpt

Join us for this total-body workout class set to upbeat music. There will be components of body weight strength exercises as well as cardio movements and ab work. This high intensity workout will also include modifications for all levels. Let's get ready to sweat, tone, and have fun!

Cardio Kickboxing

Class will begin with a warm up, shift to a focus on mastering basic kicks and punches, and progress to layering the basics into a series of kickboxing combinations. Expect a high-energy cardio workout, high AND low impact exercise options, and a variety of exciting music. There will be a few weeks where you will get to punch some paddles with a partner. No experience or partners required. We got you covered. Come kick, punch and shuffle your way to fitness fun!

Dance Fitness

A wide variety of dance moves such hip hop and jazz choreographed to music that is geared towards all fitness levels. This class will incorporate movement that targets the glutes, legs, abs, arms, back or a combination of any of these.

Zumba

Dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.

Pop - Up Class

Each Thursday night there will be a new and exciting Pop-Up Class on the CityDeck. The type of class will be revealed on social media, so stay tuned!

WOD (Workout of the Day) Squad

Tuesday nights-Functional fitness is where it's at...this class uses movements you perform every day but at a higher intensity level. The classes are constantly varied so be prepared for fun, challenging, and unique workout every time we meet. If you're looking for an awesome workout, come join us Tuesday nights!
